Welcome to MaxBot, an internal Microsoft Teams bot provided by ITProAct.

By accessing or using MaxBot, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Purpose

MaxBot is intended to assist authorized users with internal communication, support workflows, and productivity tasks within Microsoft Teams.

You may use MaxBot only if you are authorized by ITProAct or your organization to access it. You agree not to:

3. No Guarantee of Availability

MaxBot is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. ITProAct may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

4. Accuracy of Responses

MaxBot may generate incomplete, incorrect, or outdated information. Users are responsible for reviewing responses before relying on them for business, technical, legal, security, or operational decisions.

5. Acceptable Content

You agree not to use MaxBot to:

• transmit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or offensive material
• upload or share content you do not have the right to use
• disclose sensitive or regulated information unless authorized by your organization’s policies

6. Data and Monitoring

Interactions with MaxBot may be logged, monitored, and reviewed for operational, support, quality, and security purposes, subject to applicable law and organizational policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in MaxBot, including software, branding, and related materials, remain with ITProAct and its licensors, except for third-party components governed by their own licenses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITProAct is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of MaxBot.

9. Changes to These Terms

ITProAct may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of MaxBot after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
